Getting to know Karen Bruecken
My philosophical life view is based on a positive psychological perspective, which means I truly believe that one voice can change your day, week, month, future, and even the world! I have dedicated myself to helping teens, young adults, and women become better versions of themselves no matter what life throws at them. I enjoy challenging my clients to think differently and then watching the benefits that occur when they find success. I want to continue teaching courage and confidence by exploring subjects such as overcoming self-doubt, identifying scarcity thinking and toxic surroundings, and addressing unbalanced relationships. By helping my clients recognize their own patterns of overthinking, unhealthy relationships, and perfectionism, together we can create new ways of thinking that lead to increased self-efficacy, courage, and confidence. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support my clients effectively on their journeys.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
