I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Florida State University. I have worked in a wide variety of settings with adults of all ages, helping clients cope with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and find ways to improve enthusiasm, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I also help clients find the path up and out of depression and navigate the challenges that can come with life changes.
