I am a licensed clinical social worker in private practice in Warminster, PA. I have over 28 years experience in helping people to overcome depression, anxiety, marital problems, stress and other issues which limit their quality of life. I have experience working in a variety of environments including outpatient, inpatient and crisis situations.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Life can bring stress and challenges that often leave us feeling overwhelmed and unsure of our next steps. Making the decision to seek therapy is a personal and at times difficult process. I tailor my work to my client's diverse needs and concerns and provide a safe and supportive environment to allow for personal growth. I enjoy working with individuals and families to help them find their way through difficult times and emerge stronger, happier and more hopeful about their futures.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During your first appointment, you are invited to share what brought you into treatment along with relevant personal, medical, and emotional history at a pace that feels comfortable to you. Together, we will discuss strengths, challenges, life experiences and treatment goals. Sessions are structured yet flexible allowing you to address both long-term goals as well as day to day challenges. Throughout treatment, I will work to create a nonjudgmental environment that supports safety, trust ad empowerment.
