"There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you." Maya Angelou Karen has been practicing since 2019 specialized in trauma which is also a passion that comes from working with first responder spouses. As a wife of a retired CHP officer, She has a personal journey of self-discovery and healing and aims to eliminate the stigma of asking for support with mental health to promote health and wellness. Strengths include having a positive outlook and ability to help others make connections between their experiences, thoughts, and behavior.
