Earning two MA degrees from Columbia Evangelical Seminary and Chadron State College in Christian and Community counseling, I garnered robust expertise in mental health practices. As a fully licensed mental health practitioner since 2012, my focal point has been trauma-based therapy and faith-integrated counseling. Expertise in TBRI (Trust Based Relational Intervention), trauma and abuse recovery, PTSD management, Christian counseling, divorce recovery, LGBTQ counseling, grief processing, narcissistic abuse, anxiety, stress and depression management and counseling for children and adolescents are cornerstones of my repertoire. I extend a comprehensive, client-focused approach, coupling theological understanding with clinical acumen throughout two decades of service. I facilitate healing, rebuilding self-worth, regaining emotional balance, and developing resilience among victims of trauma, abuse, and neglect using evidence-based approaches. My approach adds value by fostering growth, stability, and healthy development, fulfilling the spiritual, relational, emotional, and identity needs of individuals and families.
