Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida and Georgia. I received my master's degree from Valdosta State University and have been practicing for almost 20 years. I made the switch from a corporate career to Social Work after experiencing several life traumas. It became my passion to help others quickly find the resources they need to flourish. I've expanded my practice over the years with continuing education so that I can be up to date in helping people in many diverse ways. My approach is person centered and meeting someone where they are. Together we can make a plan and work together on a building a strong foundation for you to achieve your goals.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Karen is a great therapist! Her years of experience in the field speaks for itself, very flexible and understanding when it comes to working around busy schedules. She also has allowed for me and my husband to make so much progress in such a small amount of time. I was skeptical at first due to the virtual factor but her experience trumped that and it wasn’t a problem at all, thank you Karen!
