I am a Certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) and EMI (Eye Movement Integration) trained therapist, holding a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Hodges University. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental place to explore, discover or rediscover, and develop the adaptive coping skills that will allow you to be the best version of yourself. I specialize in anxiety, grief and mourning, substance misuse, and trauma-related issues. With 31 years of personal recovery and over 19 years of counseling experience, it has been my life’s mission to walk with, cheer for, and empower those who are lost, wounded, or in need of support. Untreated trauma and other painful life experiences—past and present—can negatively impact daily functioning, mood, relationships, spirit, and the ability to accomplish goals and dreams. I am dedicated to building up, walking beside, challenging, and championing those who feel broken and lonely, and for those who long for courage and hope.
