I am an Alumni from Monmouth University and a Licensed Social Worker/Therapist in New Jersey. I have over 35 years of experience working with both Adults, teens, children and couples that may struggle with Major Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Trauma, Grief, Isolation, Life’s stressors, Effective Communication, Emotional Regulation, Negative Thinking, Insecurities and Low Self-esteem. My passion has always been in helping people from all backgrounds that seeks mental health services.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Karen’s approach implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strength-Based and mindfulness and other evidence-based techniques that focuses on changed thinking and behaviors.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our few sessions will include building rapport, provide a safe and supportive environment, work collaboratively to identify problems areas, set goals and identify healthy copings skills and interventions.
