What should a new client know about working with you?

DBT Group This group will help you face challenges commonly associated with BPD, depression, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. Are you ready to build happier relationships and experience better mental health & wellbeing? Karen utilizes the 4 Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) modules - Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness - to calm your mind and body in ways that bring peace to your life.
