Therapy becomes a space to slow down, reduce self-judgment, and understand what is driving these patterns. I also support clients through life transitions, relationship stress, and periods of feeling stuck or disconnected. I primarily use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients understand the parts of themselves that contribute to anxiety, perfectionism, people pleasing, overthinking, and self criticism. I offer a steady, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space. I aim to create an environment where you do not have to perform or present a “perfect” version of yourself.
