Hey there! I've been working with children, teens, and adults for over twenty years and have gained a deep understanding of their challenges. As a former teacher, I've worked closely with children and their families, addressing various difficulties. On a personal note, my battle with breast cancer has deepened my empathy and understanding of trauma. As a wife, mother, and grandmother, I've faced many life events that have enriched my understanding and empathy for what you may be experiencing in your journey. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with extra training in EMDR, Play Therapy, and Child-Parent Psychotherapy. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and solution-focused interventions.
