I am a dedicated and empathetic clinician with extensive experience guiding individuals through lifes complexities and challenges. My approach is rooted in nonjudgmental support, helping people navigate transitions, adversity, and emotional hardship with dignity and hope. I strive to illuminate a path forward during difficult or dark times, ensuring those I work with feel seen, heard, and never alone. My clinical expertise spans all age groups, with a particular focus on the perinatal period, family planning, parenting, trauma, grief, and medicalrelated concerns. I bring thoughtful, developmentally attuned care to youth, teens, and young adults, recognizing the unique pressures and transitions they face. I believe that the struggles we encounter are not reflections of failure, but often the result of unforeseen circumstances or lifes unpredictable turns. In every person I meet, I see resiliencea quiet strength that can be nurtured and mobilized. I also hold a deep belief that we are all works in progress, continuously evolving throughout our lives. This perspective is not only humbling but empowering, as it reminds us that change is always possible. Whether its setting a new goal, reimagining a personal vision, or simply taking one small step forward, I support individuals in reclaiming their agency and embracing growth. As a clinician, I embody and reflect hope, belief in possibility, and the courage to begin again. It is a privilege to walk alongside those I serve, bearing witness to their journeys and offering steadfast support every step of the way.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
