A new client working with me should know that I aim to tailor treatment to each client. I aim to meet clients where they are and collaborate on treatment goals. Therapy takes time and I will be there to guide you throughout the process.

My typical process for working with clients is to focus on rapport building, utilize storytelling to gain an understanding of where you are, how you got here, and where you would like to go. Once we have identified factors contributing to your current mental health, we work together to address areas of improvement.
