As a therapist it is an honor and a privilege to walk beside you on your path. We can get through just about anything working together. I believe that most things can either be fixed or improved. Whatever happens, you don’t have to deal with it alone. I work from a strengths perspective. I utilize many different therapy modalities including CBT and DBT. I firmly believe in the importance of the relationship between the client and therapist. Even though this process can be challenging, it can also be joyful, incredibly rewarding and sometimes even funny. I love all parts and aspects of how this works and look forward to traveling your path with you.
