We will collaborate to set goals to help you overcome any challenges life may bring. I am here to help you, or your child, navigate your next chapter toward growth and healing. I graduated from Northeastern Illinois University with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in social work. I worked in a nursing home, a pediatric developmental clinic, and agency settings. These experiences allow me to work with you in different stages of life. As new flowers in your garden grow, we can water them together to help them bloom. Your therapeutic experience can be in either Spanish or English. Using a person-centered approach, I can best support you through struggles with anxiety, depression, navigating new life stages, life/work balance, ADHD, first-generation hurdles, adolescent struggles, and postpartum/new parent anxieties. My goal is to provide a safe space where you feel supported and motivated to navigate this new stage in life that may be “in bloom.”
