“They can cut all the flowers, but they can’t stop the spring.” — Pablo Neruda Beginning therapy — whether for the first time or after time away — can feel unfamiliar, vulnerable, or even intimidating. You may be carrying stress, uncertainty, grief, anxiety, or simply a sense that something in your life needs care and attention. Whatever brings you here, you do not have to navigate it alone. I strive to create a space where you feel welcomed, respected, and safe to show up as your authentic self. I believe therapy is not about “fixing” who you are, but about supporting growth, healing, self-understanding, and connection at your own pace. Growth does not always happen in a straight line, and every person’s journey is shaped by their unique experiences, relationships, culture, and identity. Sometimes, healing begins simply by having a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. Together, we can explore the strengths, resilience, and possibilities that may already exist within you — even if they have felt distant or quiet for some time. I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work from Northeastern University and have worked in nursing homes, pediatric developmental clinics, and community-based settings. These experiences have allowed me to support individuals and families across different stages of life and from diverse backgrounds and communities. I offer support for adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, first-generation experiences, cultural identity, postpartum challenges, and the stresses that can come with caregiving, parenting, and daily life. My approach is collaborative, person-centered, culturally responsive, and grounded in compassion. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You only need a place to begin — and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward healing, growth, and a new season of life.
