“Karla as helped my social anxiety big time! Before seeing her I had difficulty in social situations and being in public spaces for extended periods of time like going to a chicago cubs game. I still have my troubles like anyone else, but now I feel like I have a toolkit to help myself.”

“Karla was helping me through getting acclimated to my first schedule of college in Chicago, Illinois, setting goals, working on projects and homework in small parts rather than saving it until the end. This helped reduce anxiety and stress from school and transferred to other parts of my life as well. GREAT therapist.”

Karla gets me on a fundamental level. I came to her with issues involving trauma and anxiety from past relationships. She has helped me work through them to become my best self. There's always work to be done, but with her guidance, I'm confident I will continue to work towards the right solutions.
I have appreciated Karla's approach since we first started. She made me feel heard our first session after I shared my experiences with a traumatic upbringing and later depression in my adult life. I understand she sees lots of patients but she made me feel seen and heard in a way few people have.
I’ve had a wonderful experience with Karla as we started seeing each other a year ago. She made me feel comfortable opening up about my anxiety. I highly recommend her!
I came to Karla for help with anxiety and self confidence. She’s warm, easy to talk to, and gave me practical tools I could use right away. I feel more grounded and hopeful after each session. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a supportive therapist who also keeps you moving forward.
