I’m a clinical social worker licensed in Florida, Texas, and New Jersey with over 15 years of experience working with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, chronic illness, and end of life issues. I’ve also work with individuals who may self harm by cutting or burning themselves.

My counseling style is warm, direct, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and acceptance commitment therapy. I tailor my approach based on each client’s unique and specific needs.

It takes courage to make a change in your life. By the end of our first session, we will develop a treatment plan to focus on the areas to achieve your goal and gain insight. I’ll help walk you through the process and provide support every step of the way!
