My name is Karleigh Perry and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I specialize in working with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic stress. My ideal client is someone who may internally feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. Maybe they’ve been pushing through for years, but now the weight of it all is catching up with intrusive thoughts, emotional burnout, or a sense of being “off” that they can’t quite name. They might use humor as a shield, perfectionism as a coping strategy, or avoidance as a survival tool but want to feel better about themselves, their situation, or their mindset. I help by creating a calm, supportive space blending warmth, humor, and gentle challenge. I use CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care to help clients shift patterns and build resilience. In our first few sessions, you can expect to feel heard and supported as we clarify your goals and begin developing tools to help you feel more in control. My practice is unique because I balance realness with compassion, meeting clients where they are, while helping them grow. With over 8 years of experience, I’ve seen the strength people have when supported.
