I have been working in the field for over 15 years and am trained in many treatment interventions. The modalities I primarily use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). My focus I enjoy working with adolescents (13-17), young adults (18-24), and adults (25-65), addressing a spectrum of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and self-esteem issues. My communication style I provide a safe and confidential space that is free of judgment and welcoming of compassion, empathy, and understanding. My goals for you Goal setting is collaborative, and we will use the treatment plan as our roadmap. My first session with you In our first session, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
