Together, we can build insight, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, process difficult experiences, and support meaningful emotional growth and healing. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, but you don’t have to do it perfectly to begin. I welcome the opportunity to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
