I am an independently licensed therapist out of Minnesota, I have been working as a therapist since 2022. Before coming to Grow Therapy, I worked at an Autism focused clinic and I absolutely LOVED the experience. While working there, I was able to utilize numerous resources and expertise to build my knowledge and understanding of clients who have dynamic needs of medical, educational, occupational, interpersonal understanding, regulation, social and family relationships. My clinical background in general is not limited to the diagnoses above, I am open to working with a variety of diagnoses anxiety, depression, etc. My clinical skills show strengths in areas of supporting others work through interpersonal conflict, life adjustment, developing resiliency, navigating intense emotions, and develop personal understanding. Educating and supporting others through the process of understanding how to best support themselves with the tools we have, this is often a guiding component to how I support. I try to make therapy engaging and interactive for each individual to support effectiveness of therapy. I also identify apart of the BIPOC and LGBTQAI+ population and enjoy serving those who also identify within these populations. My focus for client's is to establish emotionally safe and non-judgmental spaces.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
