I earned my Master's in Counseling from Lakeland University (Main Campus) and my Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. I tailor my approach based on the needs of the client and what they feel is best for them. My approach I provide a safe environment in which I utilize evidence-based modalities for treatment such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Gottman Method techniques.
