I tend to draw upon principals from narrative therapy, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive- behavioral therapy, trauma informed therapy, and mindfulness practices. While I have experience treating a wide range of disorders my expertise is in treating mood, anxiety, trauma and stress related disorders.
