Getting to know Kasey Hayden

As a trained mental health therapist, elementary school educator, and yoga/mindfulness teacher, I wanted to create a space to help the entire family grow, heal, and find more joy in their lives. I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, teens, parents, and families. I specialize in women's health, anxiety, parent/child relationships, family systems, postpartum care, infertility, and PTSD. I strive to meet clients where they are in each moment, helping them find their inner strength to create more joy in their lives. I am married and a mother of two children, ages 11 and 6. I know the struggles of infertility and the strain it puts on ourselves and our marriage. I also bring life experience navigating relationships with those struggling with anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I have numerous trainings in somatic interventions, couples therapy, family therapy, CBT, and SPACE interventions.
