Hey there; I'm Kasey; and I've been a counselor for three years. I believe the relationship between the client and the therapist is the most important part of the therapeutic process in which I work in partnership with the client during their journey of learning and healing (Client-Centered approach). I embrace an honest and straightforward approach to therapy; and though diagnosis informs my work; I am careful not to let labels get in the way of healing. I rarely go into sessions with a rigid plan in place but rather seek assistance from the client to explore and develop a plan they feel works best for them.
