Hello! I am a dedicated and licensed mental health professional in Kentucky, serving as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor-Supervisor (LPCC-S), Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), and Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). I earned my Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College in December 2021 and my Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Lindsey Wilson College in August 2026.
Over the past several years, I have worked in community mental health, substance use treatment, crisis intervention, residential and outpatient care, and clinical supervision. I specialize in helping individuals navigate substance use disorders, alcoholism, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, bipolar disorder, and other mood-related concerns. I also have experience supporting individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders through evidence-based, trauma-informed care.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and collaboration. I integrate evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and attachment-based interventions to meet each client's unique needs. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore challenges, build resilience, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
In addition to my clinical practice, I serve as an adjunct instructor teaching graduate counseling and undergraduate psychology courses and provide clinical supervision to counselors working toward licensure. More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
