As a Licensed Psychologist, I primarily work with clients who are facing life transitions and want to evaluate patterns in their lives that no longer serve them. Additionally, I specialize in helping individuals manage stress, navigate adolescent and teen mental health issues, explore spirituality, cope with ADHD, overcome depression, and heal from trauma. When we work together, you can expect a compassionate and supportive environment where your unique experiences are honored. My approach is collaborative, meaning we will work as a team to identify and address the challenges you are facing. I believe in the power of self-exploration and self-compassion as tools for healing and growth. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two dogs exploring new hiking trails These outlets help me stay grounded, which I bring into my therapeutic practice.
