Katarzyna (Kasia) Maguire, MS, is a licensed mental health counselor who joined South Florida Integrative Medicine in 2018. Mrs. Maguire completed her graduate training through the University of Miami. She is certified in Mind/Body approaches to infertility and woman’s health issues with training by Dr. Alice Domar at Boston IVF and maintains a professional interest in that area. Mrs. Maguire’s clinical expertise covers a wide range of problems. She treats stress, emotional dysregulation, anxiety and depression, self-esteem, grief and loss, life transition, relationship challenges, behavioral concerns, including parental guidance. She specializes in cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based therapeutic approaches, specifically Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Mrs. Maguire provides both individual and group therapy to children, adolescents and adults.
