Kate has been in practice since 1973. She holds a Master's degree in Community Mental Health from Northern Illinois University. Over the years, she has integrated many approaches, including cognitive/behavioral, mindfulness, ego state, hypnosis, EMDR, brainspotting, art, and neuroscience-based therapies. Her methods are especially helpful for symptoms of trauma, anxiety, grief, interpersonal, and family problems. It is her pleasure to help patients discover the resources they have within to manage life's challenges. She is also a certified supervisor for licensure resources.
