I work with individuals at all stages of life, supporting adults and parents through challenges such as anxiety, depression, family dynamics, grief, life transitions, gender identity issues, infertility, and trauma. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your struggles and tap into your own strengths to create meaningful change. As an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community, I offer affirmative care that honors and celebrates your identity. I am deeply committed to building a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel understood, empowered, and confident in reaching your goals. Outside of therapy, I’m dedicated to ongoing learning and practice. As a mother of three young children, I understand the importance of grounding wellness practices, including yoga, being with nature and reading, in my life to stay centered and present with my clients.
