My process begins with getting to know each client’s unique experiences, concerns, strengths, and goals in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. I complete a thorough assessment to better understand emotional, social, medical, and practical needs, then work collaboratively with clients to create an individualized plan of care. Throughout the therapeutic process, I provide supportive counseling, coping strategies, resource coordination when needed, and ongoing encouragement while adjusting goals and approaches as clients grow and progress.
