I have a diverse background and experience working with many different populations. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Northern Kentucky University, which, along with a plethora of training and personal experiences, I incorporate into my approach. I also utilize unconditional positive regard and a client-centered approach to make your sessions what YOU want them to be.

Taking the first step by making the appointment and showing up, is the hardest part. Then you can set goals to accomplish, work through any challenges life has thrown your way and explore your values. Let me help you become the best version of yourself. Remember, you are the greatest project you will ever work on.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Typically, sessions will be based around whatever you want them to be. Whether its day-to-day stuff, working through trauma or discussing plans you have for the future. You will find that what you need to talk about always takes precedence. You are the priority.
