What should a new client know about working with you?

I often use a strengths based approach in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and figure out the best ways for you to pursue your goals! In our therapy, you are the expert of your own life. I am here to guide you in hope inducing relationships, and the pursuit of autonomy to make meaningful choices. I offer therapy sessions in-person and via Telehealth in the late afternoon/early evenings most week days.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The needs of each person varies in therapy. During our first session, I will get to know you and get a feel for what you would like to get out of therapy. From there, the therapy sessions will be on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis, flexible to your needs and what fits with your schedule.
