I am honored to get to see, know, and understand some of the more challenging areas in life and help find ways to adapt so that you may flourish and thrive, rather than just survive. My approach I provide the options of telehealth or in-person therapy sessions, depending on what is needed. I will create a space of safety and comfort so that you may be most comfortable in sharing what is weighing heavily on you. My focus I am empowered by seeing women begin to untangle their identities and get to really know themselves through the sacred space of the therapy relationship that will be grown and nourished with me.
