Katie received her Masters of Arts in Counseling in 2019 and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri. She has experience working with adults of all ages dealing with anxiety, life transitions, abuse (physical/emotional/spiritual), grief, family dynamics, relational challenges and relationship to self. Many times, healing from these afflictions includes identifying life patterns that no longer suit clients, and working together to move towards freedom and healing. Katie is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and uses this modality when appropriate to help address these issues.
