My goal is to validate the client and to provide a safe place so they can be their authentic self. I use a solution and person centered focused.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I hope that in working with me, clients feel supported and empowered to make decisions based upon their own needs and wants. I hope that I am able to offer a safe space for clients to process their emotions and experiences without fear of judgement.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I chose to become a therapist because I started therapy in my early teens during a difficult period in my life. My first experience with a therapist was not so great, then a few years later I tried again and found a therapist that made me feel so supported and helped me tremendously. I noticed how much mental health impacted my life and impacted the lives of those of love, and these two very different experiences were examples of what I did and did not want to be for others.
