What should a new client know about working with you?
My name is Katerin Chavez and I believe in working with the client so they can heal in a safe and caring space. Therapy is a judgement free zone where the client should feel comfortable, as that will pave the way to healing.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
I am person centered and will meet the client where they are at. I love solution focused therapy, there is no point in dwelling on what we cannot change, instead we should focus on what we can change. I also incorporate mindfulness techniques where clients can learn to self regulate and emphasize self-care.
