I have always been fascinated about how our thoughts are so powerful that they can alter both our physical and mental well-being. My personal experience as well as that curiosity led me to the path of becoming a mental health counselor. I work with individuals; families and couples to achieve their goals; gain awareness of their strengths; insights to the challenges that may be present and develop coping skills in order to function more efficiently with issues that may interfere in their daily lives. Understanding that each person is different I use an approach that is unique to each client and each situation.
