With 25 years of experience in the field of mental health and a Master’s in Professional Counseling from Naropa University, I welcome the opportunity to partner with you in embracing your life's challenges. Currently working with individual adults age 18-100, I offer counseling in the areas of: Relationship issues, Intimacy-related issues, Anger management, Bipolar disorder, Coping with life changes, Compassion fatigue, Codependency, Communication problems, Dissociation, Domestic violence, Drug and alcohol addiction, Emptiness, Family of origin issues, Family problems, Forgiveness, Guilt and shame, Depression, Hospice and end-of-life counseling, Isolation/loneliness, Jealousy, Life purpose, Obsessions, Compulsions and OCD, Panic disorder and panic attacks, Self-love, Social anxiety and phobia, and Workplace issues.
