I believe that therapy is a partnership between the client and therapist, and I utilize client-centered goals coupled with evidence-based approaches to provide a holistic and dynamic path toward overall well-being.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults dealing with trauma and abuse, as well as adjustment issues. I also work with families to enhance effective parenting and communication. As a former military spouse, I am well versed in the complexities of military life, transitions, and the hardships these present within the family unit.
I hold a Master's in Counseling from Seton Hall University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support my clients effectively.
I look forward to working with you. I'm proud to offer a safe and supportive atmosphere through video chat and phone sessions, which can be completed comfortably from your home or on the go!
What should a new client know about working with you?
The first session is getting to know the client and examining symptoms that need to be treated. Client's can get to know therapist and ask questions throughout this process. Typically this session is conducted in 2 parts; information gathering and treatment planning.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
