Katherine particularly enjoys working with individuals struggling with addiction, depression, and anxiety. She employs Cognitive Behavioral and Solution-Focused Therapies to help clients progress toward their goals quickly and better understand how their thoughts impact their feelings and behaviors. In her free time, Katherine enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, exercising, and making every effort to enjoy the outdoors.
