What should a new client know about working with you?

I am here to support you. My first goal is to assist individuals in understanding their mental health. Why they experience what they experience. What is happening neuro-biologically, psychologically, socially etc. This can often be an empowering step as symptoms are demystified and you learn you are not alone. You set your goals, desires and we will work together to develop a plan to meet them. I introduce and use therapies that we know are effective for relief but each of these is tailored to your need, your concerns, goals, preferences, and abilities. I feel so honored to assist individuals in their mental health recovery as they work to gain relief. Together, we focus on building a life that is freeing, grounded, and aligned with what matters most to you.
