What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating a variety of things (anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma and PTSD, grief, relationship and family concerns, women’s issues, life transitions, school issues, self-esteem, and related struggles). My approach is integrative, drawing from CBT, ACT, attachment-based therapy, IFS, mindfulness, psychodynamic, and strength-based methods—always tailored to what feels most helpful for you.
