What should a new client know about working with you?

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with both a Masters in Social Work and a Masters in Business Administration, I specialize in helping people through recovery from trauma, managing depression and anxiety, and working through career and employment changes. I have expertise in helping individuals and their families cope with relationship issues from navigating and working to resolve differences and learning to communicate better, to at times making decisions to end a relationship and helping all family members navigate through that difficult time.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I have a client centered approach and primarily utilize these modalities, cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness, EMDR, Imago Relationship therapy, and Gottman's method based relationship therapy.
