I offer a safe, welcoming space to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Having faced similar challenges myself, I'm passionate about helping others manage anxiety, navigate the cycles of worry and fear, heal from the pain of breakups, and improve relationships or dating experiences. I truly believe that with the right support, you can find peace and live a fulfilling life. I hold a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Florida International University, and I tailor my approach to fit your needs, using proven methods like mindfulness and cognitive strategies. I am also trained in Brainspotting-a unique technique that helps target and release emotional stress in a way that feels natural and intuitive. I love to see my clients build confidence in themselves and begin to make meaningful changes in their lives. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions.
