What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first step is to schedule a FREE 15-minute consultation. That way, we can get to know each other and see if we are the right fit. If you decide to book with me, the first session is the intake session, where I will ask you more questions about your goals for counseling and where you would like to start your healing journey.
