Katie is a licensed therapist and clinical social worker who has been working in the mental health field for over ten years. She is passionate about supporting clients in working towards a greater sense of fulfillment and wellbeing in their lives. She has experience working with adults of all ages and backgrounds, and especially enjoys supporting people who are navigating life transitions, loss, recent or past traumatic experiences, relationship challenges, and identity exploration. She has extensive experience and training in the treatment of trauma, supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, and individuals navigating health issues. She has training and experience in a variety of evidence based therapeutic modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and trauma informed counseling. She aims to always center individuals' identities, experiences, and personal goals for therapy in her work. Outside of work she enjoys running, rock climbing, and all things pop culture!
