I am Kathy Penza, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida. My passion is helping women deeply connect with and honor their "self" throughout each phase of motherhood. Motherhood can be overwhelming and leave you feeling disconnected from your identity outside of being a mom. If you long to reconnect with your "self," you are not alone! This desire is essential for being able to show up for yourself and your loved ones. Through a client-centered approach, rooted in empathy and acceptance, I will work with you to identify and overcome obstacles that hold you back from achieving a more integrated and fulfilled version of you. I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
