Getting to know Katherine Perry

Hi, I’m Katherine! I’ve spent the last decade as a therapist. Whether you’re navigating OCD, maternal mental health, a late Autism diagnosis, depression, or anxiety, I’m here to walk through it with you. I use proven techniques like ERP or ICBT for OCD, and incorporate tools from DBT and ACT. But everything we do is tailored to what you actually need as a unique person. Since graduating from UGA in 2011, I’ve worked in the NICU, children’s hospitals, and hospice care. My clients have always shown resiliency and it's an honor to be included in their transformation. When I’m not in "therapist mode", you'll usually find me deep into a podcast, cheering on Atlanta United, or chasing Pickles the Pug (who is known to make the occasional guest appearance!).
