With 30 years of experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Treatment interventions, I can help you create a different and positive narrative that allows you to see life through a new lens. I am a graduate of Columbia University, Master's in Public Health; Florida State University, Master's in Clinical Social Work, clinical track; and the University of Miami, Bachelor's in Clinical Psychology. My training includes therapy for adults experiencing depression, general anxiety, social and performance anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and addiction (including opiates). I have particular expertise in life coaching?helping you get unstuck. Exploring alternatives to medication is an interest of mine. You will receive education about how nutrition, exercise, and the emerging field of psychiatric genetics should be considered alongside talk therapy. I believe medical assessments and nutritional treatments should be ruled out prior to or in addition to the use of medication.
